Summary
Turni Sagra is a planning tool for the volunteer who organises a village sagra's kitchen and hall shifts. The app has no backend, no account system, and no analytics or advertising software. Every piece of information you enter — the shift rota, the volunteer list, the menu quantities, the setup checklist, the temperature log and the evening timeline — is stored only on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to us or to any third party, and we cannot see it.
What the app stores on your device
- Volunteer details you type in: name, phone number, the evenings and stations they are available for, and whether they hold a food-handler certificate.
- Rota, menu and stock entries: station assignments, dish quantities, coperti counts and shopping-list figures you enter.
- Setup checklist and temperature log entries: tick marks, timestamps, readings and the corrective-action notes you write.
- Photos you take with the camera or choose from your photo library to attach to a volunteer or a setup-checklist item. These photos are saved inside the app's own private storage on your device; the app never uploads them and never writes them back to your system photo library.
- App preferences: sound, haptics and notification toggles, saved with Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism.
All of the above lives in the app's local storage area on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app deletes this data. There is no cloud backup built into the app beyond whatever Apple's own device backup (iCloud or iTunes/Finder backup, if you have it switched on) chooses to include.
Camera and photo library
The app asks for camera access only when you choose to photograph a volunteer or a setup item, and for photo library access only when you choose to pick an existing photo for the same purpose. Photos are processed and stored entirely on-device. We never see them, and the app contains no code that transmits them anywhere.
Notifications
If you switch on reminders for the evening timeline, the app asks for notification permission at that moment and schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely by iOS; no notification content is sent through our servers because we don't have any.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, transmit or sell any personal data.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs of any kind.
- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not process payments, cassa totals or orders — the app does not handle money.
- We do not share any data with third parties, because none is ever collected from your device.
Children's privacy
Turni Sagra is a planning tool aimed at adult volunteers who organise festival shifts. It is not directed at children, does not knowingly collect information from children, and collects no personal information at all, from anyone.
Your rights and choices
Because every piece of data stays on your device, you are always in control of it: edit or delete any volunteer, photo, log entry or checklist item at any time inside the app, or remove all of it at once by deleting the app. There is no remote account to close and no server-side record to request or erase, because none exists.
